Let silence be my only suit,
Let my Love stay hidden,
Let me be starved of yours,
Let your ignorance strengthen,

I dare not ask for more

humanly concern,
friendly Love,
few moments by my side.

I need not mean more to you
than a tiny part of your diary,
a sweet memory,
shield from your foes,
your part time home.

If truth be told, if only to myself,
let it be stated once and for all,
all the words fall short to encapsulate,
depth of oceans belittle to measure,
Sky isn’t vast enough to cover,
what (word) ‘Love’ captures when I say : I Love You.
